Many Rib shacks have popped up in the country, all claiming they have the best ribs in town. However, if there is one establishment that has withstood the test of times, it has got to be Racks. Their "Flame Grilled, Fall of the Bone Ribs" have been enjoyed by its customers for roughly 25 years, and manages to keep its menu fresh by offering menu innovations that are often irresistible to the public.
One such dish is the new Smoked Chipotle Ribs!
The Smoked Chipotle Ribs gives Racks customers a taste of the South West, with the robust, smokey essence of Chipotle pounded down into a thick, luscious sauce, reignites the deliciously tender ribs.
When ordering Racks' Smoked Chipotle Ribs, you have a wide choice of various sides to choose from. I personally recommend getting the Large Coleslaw, as the delightful creaminess is the perfect contrast to the aggressive profile of the Chipotle Sauce.
But when that sauce is slathered all over the meat, I promise you, something truly magical happens. Though the base of it is Chipotle, the sauce doesn't offer a strong kick of heat that one would expect. The spicy notes meld seamlessly into the smokiness, and clings on to the remarkably soft meat.
I cannot go to Racks and NOT order the Onion Brick (P255). This mouthwatering wall of deep fried onion rings matches well with virtually anything on the menu, and is easily among the most popular dishes of Racks.
The new Smoked Chipotle Ribs is indeed a welcome addition to Racks' already impressive menu, as it brings the popular Southwestern flair to the Ribs loving Filipino palate!
