THE NINTH BITE: TWO EPIC CULINARY TRADITIONS AT THE CAFE, HYATT, CITY OF DREAMS

This was the first time for me to visit Hyatt, City of Dreams, Manila, and what  a way to start what I expect to be a wonderful relationship with the steemed, hotel, than by trying the food of their spectacular flagship restaurant, The Cafe, where we were introduced to not ONE, But TWO Epic culinary traditions! 

  Two exciting food festivals are happening at The Cafe, and I was lucky enough to be invited to a sneak preview of their upcoming Cantonese and Indian spreads!

     My first impression of The Cafe, Hyatt City of Dreams Manila, was that of pure class and sophistication. However, despite the lavish interiors and exquisite service, there is a comfortable feel to the ambiance, that would make you feel right at home. 

     Something that will surprise you is that the price range of The Cafe, of Hyatt City of Dreams Manila, is remarkably reasonable, especially considering the quality of food, not to mention the extensive selection you receive in return for your money. 

       The Cantonese Food Festival, dubbed, "Cantonese Treasures", will be held on June 14-19, 2016, and Hyatt City of Dreams Manila has spared no expense in assuring that their gets the most authentic Cantonese dining experience they can, by flying in two world class Chefs in Chef Xi Quing Hui, and Chef Zhao Pan Fei, from Hyatt Regency Dongguan.

     I'm really stoked for this, because Chinese food is one of my favorite cuisines, and from the teaser that I've had, The Cafe's Chinese dishes are phenomenal! I can only imagine how Chef Xi Quing Hui and Chef Zhao Pan Fei will elevate the Cantonese flavors to another level! 

       The Indian cuisine extravaganza happens on July 17 to 24, 2016. Entitled, "The Road to Gurgaon, India", Hyatt brings in Chef Ajit Kumar from Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon, New Delhi, to The Cafe, as he displays his mastery of unique, and tantalizing Indian dishes to the guess of Hyatt, City of Dreams. 

   Congratulations to Hyatt City of Dreams, Manila! This is truly one of the most excellent buffet spreads you can enjoy in the country today! Special Thanks to Mr. Stephen Radcliffe, Mr. Michael Luedtke, Mr. Francis David, and Mr. Jose Badelles, for your gracious hospitality!
