For our very first meal in Cagayan, we were introduced to Panagatan, one of the most popular restaurants in Cagayan De Oro. Panagatan serves amazing seafood dishes, and Pinoy favorites, and their branch at the bustling Ayala Centrio Mall was quite busy, despite it being way past the lunch rush hour! This was a great way to start our Ayala Centrio Food Tour!
