I am a cookie fanatic, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. And clearly, one of the best in the country today comes from Chef Miko Aspiras' "baby", Scout's Honor at Hole in The Wall. This holiday season, I was sent a box of some of Chef Miko's newest creations and I just had to share with you my delicious experience, with every cookie tasting even more awesome than the next!
The Rocky Road was an amazing translation of the popular Ice Cream flavor turned into a cookie, while the Gooey Ube, which was lined with strips of dried mango, was the first ube based cookie I think I may have tried, and for sure it won't be my last!
Not a big fan of green tea, but my friends really enjoyed the Matcha White Chocolate, while Rina couldn't get enough of the Ultimate Triple Chocolate.
My two favorite cookies were the White Chocolate Cranberry, which had a nice touch of tartness from the cranberry to go with the creamy white chocolate, and the Cashew Macadamia and Dark Chocolate.
These new flavors are absolutely phenomenal and I can't wait to see what Chef Miko has in store of us next! These delicious creations would be perfect as Christmas Gifts!
